Abstract: Education plays a crucial role in realizing a sustainable society. This symposium will focus on the practical implementation of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), inviting leading researchers in educational data utilization, particularly in learning analytics. The symposium will explore how systems for collecting and analyzing educational data can be leveraged to improve education and implement data-driven approaches. Through discussions on “Sustainable Development of Education” and “Education for Sustainable Development”, we aim to identify concrete strategies that enhance education’s role in fostering a sustainable society.
